Mosaico B&CDC Vision and Goals

The Bristol Industrial Park Project entails the acquisition and rehabilitation of the former Kaiser Mill complex which encompasses approximately 19 buildings and 186,000 square feet, located on 14 acres in the Wood Street neighborhood of Bristol.  The goal of this project is to recreate the economic development engine that this complex once was for the community.  A dynamic use of the site, supported by the economic, business, and municipal sectors of the Town, can provide an economic stimulus for the community today and into the future.

Mosaico B&CDC’s plans for the industrial park include providing

  • Affordable, attractive  facilities for small/medium sized businesses

  • a safe, healthy environment for the 19 business that are current tenants and for future businesses

  • a business development center designed to provide support for existing and new business owners

  • A workforce development center that will provide job placement and skills training resources for residents and businesses within (and without) the complex.
